- The first time I ran 3 miles\bloomington loop after having my second kid.
- Bryce Canyon half, St. George Half, other “half’s”
- 4 St. George marathons (best time 4:28:33 🤷♀️)
- 1 Red Mountain Ultra Plus 3/4 prep for another haha
- Running at a speed of 8 on the treadmill for more than one mile. Don’t judge, it felt good ;)
Short-Term Running Goals:
- Running 3 times a week at at least a 9 minute mile pace
- Not getting hairline shin fractures or plantar fasciitis
Long-Term Running Goals:
- Consistent running
- A half iron man
